I went here while on holiday for some treats and was met with hostility and was even shouted at by a staff member. I had an awful experience and was made to feel stupid. I was pleasantly surprised to find this store specializing in teas during my visit to the city of Bath. What attracted me was the delicate essence that emanated from the place, like an apricot perfume. I felt really disappointed about the amount of sale items in the shop.The sales assistant are not that helpful and asked about the sale items in January. Only one shelf of the Christmas/festive teas were on display no other items reduced.Sure I will not be going in here again, like most shops in Bath, only to find out next... read full comment
