Today I had the best clothes shopping experience I've ever had, by a long way. Great clothes, great staff. So helpful and really knowledgeable about what suits a person and what goes together. Couldn't fault them. ?

If I could give this store less stars I would. Do not go here if you plan on using a credit card from the USA. I purchased a skirt and after I inserted my credit card (and signed the receipt) I was told the card did not go through. I called my credit card company in front of them and it was confirmed that the transaction did indeed go through. They stated they have had similar issues with cards from US and needed to call their IT department. It was later in the day and they said they need to ?confiscate ? my purchase until it was resolved. They took my phone number and email and said they would contact me. I haven?t heard from them but the transaction is still on my card and they have the skirt. Basically they stole from me. The women were arrogant and condescending. I had a friend with me who witnessed this also. Maybe the store should review their video cameras to work on customer service. Too bad for Whistle because the clothing is actually nice. I am disputing this with my credit card company. Don?t shop here if you plan on using a credit card. They need to update their technology and stop ripping customers off.

Visited on Thursday with my daughter. Looking for a dress to wear for my son?s wedding in Ibiza in October. Had visited a couple of shops first. Nothing suitable so we thought we?d try Whistles. Wonderful shop. Loved loads and with my daughters help bought 3 dresses!! Everything fitted and looked good I bought 2 dresses and my daughter bought me another one. I was so happy as I can never find a suitable dress.
Really looking forward to wedding now. Thank you Whistles xx
Only problem will be resisting your suggestions for other beautiful Whistles fashion.

I had a brilliant service here - sorry I can't remember the name of the person who served me, but she was really helpful, finding the perfect dress in the stockroom. She instantly knew which jacket would look perfect with it. The outfit felt comfortable and gave me confidence on a difficult day. Plus I know I will wear it again many times. Thank you again for such helpful and excellent service.

The Bath store had a very helpful assistant who was happy to go to the store room to find me the right fit. As I am petite (but not around the waist) Whistles is able to cater for me.

Don't buy anything online from this shop.
Don?t go to Edinburgh store!!!!!
My order number is: 16436602 (24 and 26 sizes)
I've been waiting for a week to open my return request I bought two pairs of jeans online and asked for delivery to their store in Edinburgh.
To save me time at the post office.
I wanted to get to the store, try it on, and return it if it doesn't fit.
Checked my 2 pairs of jeans and asked staff to return them - BOTH
They said they had a system issue and would do it tomorrow. I left my 2 jeans there after they signed the papers.
The next day I called- they still said they couldn't handle it. These 7 days after I spend my time with customer support and this store - they just lie that they can't do this.
They took 200 pounds from me. They're thieves and liars.
They have to manage this return, it's not by law .

This is such a good Whistles store, would definitely recommend a visit! Maria was so lovely and helpful in finding us new outfits and suggesting different clothes for a trip.
They also offer personal shopping in stores with some bubbles! What?s not to like ? will visit again.

I visited the shop in Bath on Sunday afternoon. I was not aware that it was closed as the sign on the door showed OPEN. The lady on reception stated: we close at 5, I forgot to put the closed sign on. To that I enquired: what time is it , just wanted to ask if a jacket like the one I am wearing is discounted. To that she said: ? I wouldn?t know, I cannot serve you, you need to leave now?. As if I was a threat. To that I humbly left the shop, feeling rather disturbed. Apparently the lady was new having worked there only 3 weeks. Pity she didn?t learn customer service in that time

big thank you to Laura. i came in to look for outfits for my papas funeral, laura talked me through lots of options and went up and down the shop finding things i might want. then told me about her papa and his funeral, things that helped her on the day and even after. she treated me with lots patience and we talked lots about grief, losing a parent.. i never expected to come in and be upset but laura?s warmth patience and she was to talk on her experience made me open up to her, made a horrible day lots better. she then helped me get a discount! such a happy, shiny girl! beautiful smile. Will be back, thank you.

All the staff in Whistles Bath are truly wonderful, I love them! It is my go to shop for everything because the service is so exceptional. Friendly, helpful, professional fashion advisors and really good fun too. A real credit to your business.
