My experience has been excellent. Good range of products. Advice also has been helpful - especially on one occasion when I asked what to apply to a small hot red area on my elbow. Pharmacist told me to go immediately to GP surgery and called ahead to ensure I would be seen; 10 minutes later I was put on antibiotics and told I had probably avoided being seriously ill thanks to prompt action of the pharmacist (Pip).

Doesn't answer phone. Poor standard of care given by young male pharmacist to my young daughter for a rash. On another occasion he was unnecessarily pedantic following a 111 referral for emergency prescription and refused to dispense it. For a pharmacy with strong links to a surgery they certainly need more training.

Got a text about having difficulties collecting prescriptions I struggle due to my heart condition but spent the last 4 days trying to call the number instructed on the text. Never been able to get through very disappointing and a massive shame
