Loved browsing here! They have beautiful hardcovers, a ton of interesting fiction and loads and loads of games spread out over three storeys! Plus the coffee is better than you'd expect from a place that doesn't specialise in coffee culture!

Fantastic service today.
The member of staff went well above what I was expecting.
She even went upstairs to get the book for me, as I'm not very mobile.
Both of us had to have a chuckle, as the publisher made a big error with the dates on the spine and cover!
Well done. Stirling service.

It was a quiet and cozy bookstore with various genres of books and stationery.
They also provide several chairs, so we can sit and relax while browsing for a book?which is great.
There?s a nice cafe in the third floor but unfortunately no lift access. The lift only access basement , ground and first floor.

This is a fantastic bookshop - it has a wide variety of each genre of book. I highly recommend stopping by if you are interested in finding something new to read.

Went in about 15 minutes before closing time with a particular book in mind to go and get. Was almost immediately approached by a staff member telling me that the store would be shutting, who then went on to run up and down the stairs to different floors and do the same to other customers. Didn?t feel particularly welcome, especially as the staff member then stood at the door to escort people out. As a result, I left and bought the book on Amazon instead for 20% less.

We visited to attend Simon Scarrows book signing. Terrific talk and signing afterwards. Great hospitality from the Waterstones staff. The pla e is like the Tardis. Bookworm heaven.
