I placed a order for Click and Collect at the Bath branch and the product was available within a couple of hours. Shop was extrmeely busy, being just five days before Christmas, but staff were polite, cheerful and very helpful. Great shop and service.

Waterstones has a huge variety of books that can please anyone. It has 3 floors in total and in the second floor there is a cafe to enjoy your coffee. I totally recommend it if you are a coffee and book lover

This place is simply delightful! I found everything I was looking for and more! This place is so extensive, you might get lost in all the books. It's an overall great store, if you're looking for something, chances are Waterstones has it!
