The store is a bit messy and noisy, unexpected of Waitrose! Fresh desserts are not stacked together, uou have to travel in different directions to find what you want.

Splashed out on the sushi ,tuna, salmon , avocado - slightly larger size hence 8.75 and 9.95 partly driven by the very small amount of sushi in the shelves at 3pm .
What a waste of money - utterly flavourless save the small wasabi sachet . Reported this to Welcome desk who suggested i speak directly to the sushi team, who are a separate business . Would have been futile as today they were struggling with language.
The rest of the shop very modest but still ended up at £42 .
Just not impressed . This branch used to be a pleasure but its lack lustre now. Rather like the over priced and insipid sushi .
Im genuinely sorry Waitrose is struggling but now is the time to strictly reinforce standards.

Avoid using the dry cleaning service for suits!!
Paid to have my suit dry cleaned and it was returned to me totally ruined due to expose to too much moisture and heat.
I had my suit inspected by an independent professional bespoke tailor and he also pointed out several damages as a result of poor dry cleaning; some of which include bubbling of the fabric, melted fusing inside and shrunk canvassing.
The damage is evident in the photo I have attached where you can clearly see the bubbling on the waistcoat lapel and permanent creasing on the body. Both Johnson?s (dry cleaning company) and Waitrose have refused to take ownership of the error and in turn both agreed that the correct procedure was used despite the suit being returned to me in a completely unwearable condition?.. If this is the correct procedure then what the hell does the wrong procedure look like? Arguing with a professional tailor on this is even more laughable.
Waitrose apparently pride themselves on customer services however in reality it?s proven that they couldn?t care less.

Good choice of interesting wines, cheeses and fresh meats. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is the amount of times their special offers don't ring up a the checkout.

I only use the store when visiting the cafe, which has now been reduced to a snack bar. You can no longer get a hot meal, just a toasted bun.

Waitrose and John Lewis used to sell quality products that were hard to find in other shops at slightly higher prices than their competitors. Waitrose is now selling in many instances produce of inferior quality compared to the competition. I have been into Waitrose Bath twice in the last two months, both times I had to return with produce that was defective. First was bread that was mouldy in the bag, and yesterday a pot of Jam covered in mould. They have staff getting in the way of customers picking shopping, i assume for click and collect customers. Hopefully Lidl will open a store more central in Bath soon so we can all get good quality food at a reasonable price. The days are numbered for Waitrose.

Placed an order on uber one.
Upon entering the store to collect my confirmed and payed for shopping the driver was subjected to abuse from staff refusing to give him my order because they assumed he was homeless and threw him out. Definitely not impressed with how this place treats people.
