Great to have the same optician as previously- continuity of care and very understanding.
Bex, who helped me choose glasses was exceptionally helpful and supportive.
It's quite annoying that the payment plan only applies if you purchase two pairs. This means people on a lower income or with tight budgets have to pay a considerable up front cost whilst those who can afford two pairs benefit from monthly payments- this needs reviewing.

I arrived early for an annual eye check, staff were very helpful. The person who did my eye examination was very good.
The young lady who helped me decide on new frames was also very good.

Amazing experience at Vision Express in Bath, they listened to my concerns about my eyes and did a thorough eye test. I have new contact lenses which are much better. Friendly staff. Thank you so much.
