The fitting rooms are very large but there are very few of them. The queue was long.

Went into to this store looking to buy a bunch of clothes but was treated so poorly by a woman named ?avesha? or however you spell it. I hope managment deals with her. She was very rude after everyone else in the store had been nice and helpful. Aveesha needs an attitude check and to do her job, ontop of scowling and looking disgusted in me when I asked for a bigger size, but screamed at me to go back to the change room I was previously in to get the hangers when none of the items in that change room were mine except one which I hung up properly as I work in retail myself. Kudos to Isla she was amazing and saved our customer service experience otherwise we would?ve left our whole shopping haul.

Great for the kids but the shop was very disorganised and most of the clothes all dumped in piles. Felt very non premium.

A nice and clean store with enormous fitting rooms and friendly staff! However, like always, the men's section is very limited.

My 9 year old daughter came home with a book full of sex positions and another weed colouring book ? I found them in her bedroom then turns out the store has other products being sold to kids. Spoke to a young lady who was polite but then saw her laughing when my husband approached why children are being sold these products. We are a liberal minded family and discuss everything. But this brand has shown no responsibility. Quite honestly the store looked a mess fitting rooms always awful. Seems youngsters who just think they're cool than professional staff. I am actually going to mention to our daughters school parents should be aware.

The store itself is quite cool and they have some really cool style clothes. Prices are pretty high but that?s expected from urban. Main issue is barely ever is anyone on the tills!! Someone needs to stay near the tills otherwise how can we buy anything?
