Emma in the Bath store is an absolute credit to TUI, from the moment I walked in she was personable, knowledgeable and helpful. We had a fantastic holiday organised by Emma, she listened and gave us exactly what we asked for, making the whole process easy, contacting the hotel for us and keeping in touch to manage any questions. Fantastic service, go see Emma to book your holiday, the whole experience with Emma and TUI was brilliant, we had a brilliant holiday.

I found Lily at the Bath store to be wonderful. She really understood what I was looking for and nothing was too much trouble. There wasn't a hint of a hard sell and she encouraged me to take my time to think it over. This is what brought me back to book my holiday through her.

Congratulatons to Tui Bath for providing an excellent service. I was greeted by two very smiley young ladies who were both polite and eager to serve to me.
I was then so impressed by Beth who helped me with my complicated booking requirements in a wholly professional, knowledgeable and helpful way.
Beth has continued to support me with any queries I have now that I have made my booking and left the shop.
