Great customer service in the yard from Dan but sadly incompetent staff member at the sales counter I believe named jack ruined my experience shopping here with poor customer service and zero knowledge of products or pricing, would not recommend not using this branch.

Utter rubbish. Took the money on a big order and didn?t bother letting me know they didn?t have it until the day of delivery and even then I had to phone to find out where it was. Keep away

Waited an inordinately long time for someone to get my order.
In the end I went into the yard and got it myself.
Advise sorting your security out as well as other staff.

The Staff are always helpful enough. Can be a bit pricey even with my discount. And the panel saw seems to breakdown a lot.

Valuable building merchant in the heart of Bath easy to use and get in there unless it's busy or taking deliveries but friendly staff and plenty of choice.For outside goods order at the counter first then take receipt to yard guys who bring the stuff to you.
