Excellent products at brilliant prices but on collection the man serving was rude in so much he grunted at you and no please or thank you, was very ignorant, he needs customer service training as manners cost nothing but makes customers feel valued.

Came as there was a delivery and safe to say I?m well disappointed in the staff they refused to sell a few tubes of pink grit and was very rude. I would honestly rate 0 if I could.

Terrible customer service.
I wanted some help ordering something to be told I need to get a code number, when I asked the useless person for help he told me ??it will be a while?. I asked why and his response was because he?s cleaning a shelf. I don?t see how or why he couldn?t have put a sponge down to walk 3 metres around to the desk to assist.
I walked out and went to screwfix and they were brilliant.

Very helpful and easy to get to with lots of parking places nice size and so far always have had what I need. I needed satnav to get there first time but now it's easy.

Only complaint is they are very slow to serve people. Never in a rush to deal with everyone stood around in the shop queuing. Why only one person on the till most of the time?
For this reason I have often left the store to go to screwfix where they seem to have the aim of serving people quicker
