I'm always welcome with my dog here. I've been used to the Bristol shop until the last few years where this store has become more accessible to me.Last visit not only did I pick up some wonderful produce and items but also met someone and subsequently dated and kept in touch.Staff here work very hard, the prices are amazing and the produce varies from good to very high quality.

The sale items have been the same for weeks and weeks. Just move them around. Nothing new added. Used to be good in there and would find a good deal, not anymore. Seems tored and not much stock turnaround. Prefer other local Tkmaxx stores

Went in store today and purchased a few items generally a good store with helpful staff, however today the girl on the till looked like she didn't want to be there and looked miserable as sin. I paid and left.

I visited this store on 14th Oct 2023 at around 4.30 pm. Unfortunately, I lost my wife and child who didn?t have cellphone at the time. After 30 min or so looking for them, I approached a member of staff (a man) and asked their help to say my wife?s name on the speakers as I was desperate at that moment. He checked over his headphones with someone and came back with a vague response to my, in my view, sensible request. The response was a negative and although I asked why was so, this TKmaxx branch seems to have a policy that prevents them to help their costumers even with such a simple request. I continued searching in the store for some time and they saw me doing this with a cold face. A bit of human sense would be much appreciated. Not coming back anyways.

I had never been in the Bath branch before and I found it incredibly well stocked beautifully laid out and immaculately tidy. The staff were friendly, attentive and cheerful. I will be back.
