I bought a battery for my watch for £20. However, it only lasted 1 and half months. When I came back and asked them about it, they just tested it and said "yes, the battery is dead". Great! Very helpful.

My shoe sole broke while working so I had to pop into the shop for a quick fix on my lunchtime. The man there was so nice, fixed it immediately and charged me nothing.

Very poor service. I arrived to pick up my shoes as agreed. The operative was on the phone. I waited. Eventually he broke away when he saw I was only picking up. The shoes weren?t ready and he suggested I return in 30 minutes. I did so to find him talking to a friend. The finishing of my shoes had not started. He swore and then started work. 5 minutes later they were done. Stay away, these people do not value customers we interrupt their social life......

Paid £42 for a security key to be cut and 4 weeks later we are still waiting for it back. Awful service as we?ve just been fobbed off with later dates every time we enquire about it. Would not recommend if you have any requirements that exceed the complexity of having a basic key cut.
