I can?t stress how difficult getting my watch fixed was. It?s old and difficult, however Gary went above and beyond. I was in and out for the past couple of months and I can?t thank him enough for the time he put it. When sending it off didn?t work he found a way around that. Not only that he is a lovely man, genuinely incredible customer service.

Really wonderful and quick repair of my years-old favourite leather boots. With new soles, rebuilt heels and replacement leather trim they really look brand new and are at least 10 years old. Thank you, I?m so grateful. I have a second pair needed a simple re-sole too so see you again soon!

The staff at Timpsons are great! They have helped me out numerous times with my belt and shoes. Anything you need sorting out this is the place to go! Such lovely staff as well.

Had a car remote key shell replaced. The buttons in the old case had broken. Timpsons in Stall Street did it for very much less than the price Vauxhall had quoted. Good as new.

Bought a pair of sneakers at a shoe store next door that were missing a shoelace eyelet. The gentleman working there repaired it quickly and happily at no charge. Nice to know there are still honorable establishments that enjoy what they do

Don't do visa photos here, we visited three times and all photos were rejected by the officials. All photos have a poor resolution and bad light, and they were taken by different staff on different days so they are just badly trained for visa photos, nothing personal.
