“The shop is always clean, tidy and have a fantastic range of stock ranging from clothes to DVDs. I came in a while back and bought a stack of books, having a lovely chat with the volunteer who served me about my selection. Friendly, good layout and often walk away with great bargains!”

30-31 Westgate St“This is a very nice shop with some lovely things in. But the real gem is Serena, who went above and beyond trying to help me following a call from me the day after, about a bag. She is the epitome of customer service. Thank you Serena.”

“I am a volunteer and work on the clothing section but now because of the Virus must stay away, sadly. However, having just read the last comment by a gentleman about nice, but not many mens' clothes, I would say that is because we don't get as many men giving their clothes for us to sell, and fewer men (than women) come in to look! I also buy my own clothes at Oxfam because they are always good and it is another form of re-cycling.”
