Dreadful customer service. They can't seem to cancel a contract I ended so I keep getting billed by debt collectors. I'm at my wits end with them.

Could never log into my account to check things like my bloody contract, security numbers sent to my phone never arrived, roaming data in EU never worked even though I waisted hours on the phone with support. And now I changed provider because the company is incompetent I'm hit with a transfer fee that I can't get out of. Well, I don't think you'll win me back ever.

Really good experience here. We needed some PAYG SIMs as we were on holiday from abroad and the gentleman who served us had everything set up in about 5 minutes. He even put the SIMs into our phones and made sure everything was working properly. Such great customer service is hard to find these days, so we were very happy with the whole experience!

Very poor customer service. Were waiting for 2 hours to get a credit check done... Endless issues kept coming up. I don't mind waiting and I understand this has nothing to do with the staff in the shop but we were with a 3 month old baby no one even offered us to take a seat. Communication was very poor and we had to keep checking for updates. In the end we had to leave without a phone. So dissappointing and we are going to Ee.
