Awful service. I ve been a loyal customer for years. I am deeply disheartened by the service u have received today. It is absolutely outrageou, to make a lifelong customer wait an inconsiderate amount of time, to then have the audacity to charge a fee to eat it on a wooden slab outside, and make you place the whole order again upstairs, having to wait in total for almost 40 mins.

I was prompt to go there after one of my colleagues returned to the office with a lovely bagel that smelt delicious ? Unfortunately my experience was not that great, I entered the shop and nobody acknowledged that I was even there. I left but decided to give it another go and went in again. This time I was able to order a classic tuna bagel. The preparation was slow and the bagel was not even warm enough. Such s disappointment ?

Very disappointed and honestly annoyed with the whole experience.We placed our order through their app at the tables with a wait time of 15 min posted.After 20 min the first hot drinks came, of 1 of the 3 were the wrong drink, they had to remake it.Some of the food came out next, then about 5-10 min later the cold drinks finally came to our table and 2 more of the groups food. One of these was not made to order.We were still missing a shake for one person and a bagel for my kid. We told our server and he was confused what we meant as everything should be here. He left and came back and we told him we were still waiting, now at 45 min in my kid still didn?t have food. The server was rude and argumentative, tried to tell us we did not order another one and can?t believe her right to gaslight us. We showed him our online order receipt that clearly showed it was ordered and paid for.He then finally went to have it made and15 min later my kid finally got his food, only for it to be made wrong? after confirming with the server the order again?.Honestly just slow and rude service for food that was average at best. Very disappointing.Worst part is we had to pay up front and someone got pre tipped for this service?shameful

Had a great time at this bagel spot! We were actually told to try Taylor?s but it seemed a bit spenny. Luckily we stumbled across ? The Whole Bagel? and had a great time. The bagels were delicious, made fresh and at a great price!

Bagels are OK but pretty small. New York bagel tasted ok but didn't have much pastrami. Smoked salmon in the salad had brown patches so was probably not the freshest.

I witnessed staff take the time to help an elderly deaf lady with her order, and then each one chatted to her, as she wrote questions down, they took the time to answer slowly so she could lip read. Or they wrote their answers back- well done to

These guys are incredible and the bagels are always top notch. Any queue quickly goes down and it?s always worth the wait!

Hi, I just wanted to say I came into the Whole Bagel early this morning (just opening) for a very much needed coffee and bagel! I was greeted by the most lovely, lively and cheerful young lady, who made a gloomy cold morning so much brighter. I was served great food and coffee, well worth a visit.. made my day?

I?ve been to the whole bagel a few times,it was always a favourite of mine for lunch but unfortunately I have noticed the unfair treatment of staff recently and wait times increasing. An older woman who appears to be the manager of some sort consistently speaks to younger female staff members sarcastically and rudely causing visible distress. Some of them even seemed to be verging on tears due to the demand during busy times and being ?understaffed?:( If you can?t deal with the demands of a lunch time rush hire more staff! In great need of new management. Unacceptable.

This has potentially been the worst dining experience of my life. We ordered for it to be brought to the table through the website- the website is garbage and doesn?t function well. After ordering they let us know they can?t make the smoothies because they are out of the material- fine whatever. Instead they cancelled the whole order and told us to place it again online instead of just asking us if we?d like to switch out the drink. Then the fire alarm went off (understandably not their fault it seemed like something else in the building). Once returning after the fire alarm ceased we sat back in our original table- we had received our canned drinks and chips but not our hot drinks and sandwiches. After around 10 minutes of returning after the fire alarm i went up and asked how long our order would be. (at this point we had waited around 30 mins) They let me know that they figured we left because of the fire alarm so they hadn?t made anything- what a bunch of morons. Finally about 45 minutes after ordering (keep in mind this is a sandwich not a porterhouse steak) we received our food. Once it arrived it was incorrect but at this point better than nothing and not worth wasting another 45 minutes to have it fixed. As a whole the worst experience in dining in my life. I?m shocked this place is still open and see a short lived future.

Dropped in for breakfast was greated so warmly by what I can assume is the owner/manager. Fab selection of bagel choices and the bagels were very tasty.

Gluten Free bread available, noticed it was prepared on a separate cutting board to avoid cross contamination - good lunch option for coeliacs!

Wanted to like this place. Huge que outside which looked promising but it was just because the service was relatively slow. The bagels themselves were acceptable but not great. The bagel was dry and the ratios were off. I had the New York bagel, and I like pickles and mustard, but there was way too much compared with the small slither of meat. My partner had the cream cheese and Salmon, again the ratio was off with way too much cream cheese compared to the salmon and it lacked seasoning. All in all don't think we will come here again.

The bagels are barely bagels, crusty, dry, not the glorious chew you're looking for. My partner literally messed up the roof of her mouth with hers.I had a bacon and brie and it was unpleasant to say the least, tomato chutney = cheap ketchup. It completely ruined it, brie and cheap ketchup...The service was slow, coffee mediocre and the bathroom was positively revolting just to finish the experience.
