For 6 months, I have been suffering from pain and tinnitus in the ears. I took ear drops as the doctor prescribed for me, but nothing worked. Then I took antibiotics three times, as the doctor prescribed for me, but without any improvement. The condition worsened, and the pain increased in the neck and in the entire head. I cannot sleep, and every time I make an appointment to see the doctor, it takes two hours on the phone, now my ears do not improve, and I feel that I will lose my sense of hearing

Never had a problem

I have 2 little kids and the care they are receiving from this practice is outstanding in my opinion. We have never been ignored or taken not seriously. Any urgent matters are solved promptly, we have been seen on the same day many times and all doctors have been truly wonderful, listening carefully and always trying to get to the core. I truly feel my kids are safe with them. It is slightly different with adults I assume, reading so many negative comments, but in most cases I, myself, and my husband have been treated very very well too. Sometimes you have to fight a little for the appointment and it takes a lot of calling here and there but I believe this is a very oversubscribed practice and they are truly struggling at times. It?s not the issue of doctors or receptionists but probably council and country. Overall, I am very thankful to all the doctors we have ever come across and I hope they do feel appreciated. Thank you!

I feel the Dr's & nurses at this surgery are well equiped and knowledgable however the reception & other staff have a dreadful customer service attitude and are more concerned about how they seem to not provide customer service just in case they get a frustrated patient that gets NO help from them. There is hardly ever any reception staff & limited help and thr phone lines are even worse. Not clear or helpful at all.If they picked up their game here it would be an all round great practice. Such a shame.

Have been coming here for last 4 years and although this is a busy practice, members of staff always polite and willing to help. Seen by Sister Andrew a few times and she is lovely! Also lovely building. Would recommend this GP practice.

terrible experience... had a routing asthma check up and had to return to the pharmacy twice as the prescription was still not ready.. spoke to reception who looked into the matter, they sent me a text saying it would be ready that day after 4pm.. went back a few days later only for the pharmacy to have no record.. they eventually found my prescription but then advised me that the medicine is out of stock..... appalling service

Felt really listened to by both Dr Huxley & Dr Brooks at this Surgery which has been really validating, especially as a younger female it?s been really refreshing to be taken serious and have the DRs listen and understand. Can be difficult to get an appointment which is frustrating but similar across the country, saying this I have not struggled to get an urgent call back when needed.

Absolutely terrible doctors surgery, in fact the worst I have ever come across. They have repeatedly discriminated against my physically disabled mother. Who, not without the mental determination to do so has been unable to physically get into the doctors surgery at times. When she has asked to be seen by a doctor she has been refused, at a point that is appropriate in her illness. The illness then gets worse and she ends up being admitted into hospital. Horrific front line ?care?. Would be interesting to know how many hospital admissions this doctors surgery are responsible for with a lack of early stage intervention.

On the phone for 10 minutes and eventually gave up.Walked up to the surgery with a painful knee and swollen varicose vein. Earliest I could see / speak to a doctor was 3weeks away, Went into Pharmacist for advice and she said veins needed to be seen immediately. Went back to surgery and was told by receptionist to dial 111.Compared to Batheaston surgery ,it fails miserably but it is too far for me to change as I dont have a car. What has happened to this once caring surgery,

As far as medical matters are concerned, I've almost always found them very good. With few exceptions the receptionists are very helpful. Good point, they have a pharmacy, bad point, impossible to park outside. The surgery has a branch at Bathampton, probably less than a mile away. Good parking there. You could park and walk if you were healthy. But of course you're not.

My doctors for many years now. Always good for me. Difficult to get an appointment sometimes as is every other surgery.

Caring and Efficient Service - I have been with this practice for many years, the staff and doctors have been excellent, they have been caring, kind, timely, and the reception staff are a lovely team, so thanks to all for the great work you do - John
