Staff are so helpful

When we walked into the Perfume Shop, Bath 2 assistants and the manager were chatting among themselves, it took time before they noticed us but no one else was in the shop. We asked for an Aftershave but assistant didn't know it and called over to the manager who was now over in the corner looking at his phone, he ignored us and called to the assistant where to find the specific Aftershave, she rummaged but couldn't find it. We just walked out in the end. Something is wrong with the service there, as per other reviews we noticed. No motivation to sell? No incentive?

My mum and I went in there today to find the cost of a man's after shave for my husband the man behind the counter never said hello not anything I asked for rhe price of what we were looking for still no comment he found what we were looking for told us the price and then while we were considering the price was on his mobile. I have never been treated in such a bad manner even if it was a good price I would not purchased from such a disrespectful person. Went to boots got brilliant service and a brilliant price. Please teach your staff manners at least

Me and my sister went into this store on a Saturday in hopes of smelling a perfume we heard about. We walk in, all the staff were busy with other customers so we waited patiently next to them. When the middle aged, manager looking man finished with the customer next to us he proceeded to ignore me and my sister and start telling off one of the other members of staff in front of everyone. We both looked at him signalling that we would need assistance but he continued to ignore us even after he was done with his colleague. We eneded up walking out as clearly we were not going to get served.

Lots of perfumes to choose from, staff are more than happy to offer testers to try. Shop smelt a little overwhelming due to its nature but maybe that can't be helped.

This is the perfect shop for purchasing any fragrance goods. Each member of staff at this branch is very friendly and knowledgable about the products, which is why I always return here. They always have excellent offers, and the staff are always patient and take the time to help you find the perfect fragrance.
