I have only been to The Card Collection a handful of times but every time I have been the manager/owner has been so lovely. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. They have a great selection of cards and gifts, especially Jellycats. I will defiantly return to The Card Collection, not only for the brilliant products but for the kindness of the staff
