Poor customer service. Went to self service checkout, needed verification for alcohol. Waited ages whist 3 members of staff at the other side of the shop were having a chat. Had to go over to ask for help. Went to pay but machine wasn't accepting contactless. No sign to tell me this.

I normally pop in this Tesco as it?s on the commute to work, 8 times in a row I?ve had to get the attention of the mindless, unhelpful staff to serve me on a till because the 2 self service machines only take card. If you think a quick pop into Tesco is possible, it?s not? you?ll be waiting forever.

Would be nice if the staff actually used the tills when there are people waiting, 2 staff walked past 2 customers waiting and carried on stocking shelves, very ignorant when they did make it to the till after being asked for help

Worst one ever, the staff don?t keep an eye out for customers needing the checkout. You have to go and look for them. Then when you do they are rude. The store is always a mess. Staff are scruffy.
