Dirty store, staff often smell unwashed and hardly anyone over 25 works there. For the well to do location it should really be a Little Waitrose or an independent upmarket deli, not a Tesco Express and badly run one at that.

This is our nearest convenience store, with several parking spaces behind. They stock most things I might need at short notice. Customer service can vary (depends who you get), but I went today at 0830 and the young man on the till was charming.

I only use this place for the Evri parcel returns and about 90% of the time they?re unable to process it - this time the machine wasn?t working. 100% of the time the customer service is dreadful. Avoid wasting your time with this branch.

Just had a whoosh delivery what a joke completely wrong order can't contact bathwick to fug to answer the phone I have paid for items I didn't receive a right joke never. Ever again I just wish I could drive so I take it back don't bother with Tesco whoosh. Don't waste your money they couldn't get a argument in a tea cup right bloody useless

A great little shop right next to the canal with a good range of products.Perfect location for canal users and plenty space for mooring up boats near to the shop so if your on a canal holiday this would be a good place to stop.I only needed a drink I found what I wanted and payed at the tobacco counter as I am uncomfortable with the machines and rely on the sale from a member of staff.I do feel the drinks should have been near the front of the shop to make it easier for those just after a drink when walking or cycling the canal path without having to go right to the back of the shop.
