I cannot stress enough how much I disliked my experiance at tescos. The store itself was dirty and unkept, and the workers were completely unhelpful. The prices were outrageous for the low quality products that I purchased, and the atmosphere was overall unenjoyable. I don?t think I?ve ever been to a worse grocery store. I wouldn?t recommend tescos to anyone.

The good Tesco express in Bath

I was visiting Bath for the weekend and needed to purchase a birthday cake and candles .
The young man who helped me was called Kai .
He was very friendly, polite ,engaging and showed me where the items were.
I highly commend his manner and professionalism.

Bought this about 30mins ago. It?s the 2nd March today meaning it went out of date yesterday. Called and no one picked up. I want my £1.85 back.

Tesco Guard stop me and turn off All online pay scanners and push me back to Go out side just for it I say sorry why i say sorry him he is just a door Security not the owner of Tesco why he turn off tills ????

Just went to Tesco express Bath...no one to served. long time to wait for the staff..when they finally decide to served customers or help didnt even apologies just laughing. Staff need customer service training. Should call Tesco slower ???????

Usually policed by security, this Tesco is quite small and cramped for its usual customerbase. There's a decent amount in the shop, but often lacks things as basic as sandwiches which haven't yet been delivered. Staff are friendly, however.

Great shop and staff except for when they are closed around 6:50 to recieve deliveries as soooo frustrating when you?re on your way to work , you just need to pick up a few items and then lock the doors
