Furthermore, I would absolutely recommend in particular "Milly [Team Manager]" who was clinically efficient and punctilious throughout my Nose Piercing Appointment.

Went in today. Nice, helpful lady. Had been up since 5am for work. Accidentally tilted the shelf. Mentioned to the cashier that it had fallen....the wall may have given me more response. Refitted the shelf and went on my way, without one bit of help. In fairness, the customers were as vacant. What happened to customer service, care and attention?

me and my friends (all teenage girls between 15 and 16) went into superdrug and one of the workers, a blonde lady, was staring at us and was following us round which we thought nothing of that much because we know people do steal things but it made us abit uncomfortable and then when we got to the end of the first aisle we were at the top between the two aisles and she was staring at us and then proceeds to say on her headset to someone "im giving them my evil eyes" we ended up paying and leaving the shop but was abit annoyed about how we were treated as i doubt she would say or do that to an adult.

Was looking for an item and was suddenly startled by the sound of SQUAWKING when a clearly overpaid employee came over and demanded that opening the draws was prohibited from customers opening, my friend explained what product we were looking for and we were then met with ?well if you move out of the way I can look in the draw?. I think this rude woman would be better off as a teacher due to her experience with talking to people like children!WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

Don?t get the SIMs here. They don?t consistently work, and it?s impossible to get a refund from anyone. Activation code was faulty, online told me to go in-store, in-store told me to go online. At the end, I wasted two hours and my money and got no phone.

This is interesting: A Superdrug I never noticed was there before. Well-stocked, and handy for the bus station. So if eg the Chippenham one is out of stock of something, which it frequently is, this branch is handier in passing, then the Westgate one.Surprising they have two branches so close together: Perhaps they're moving the Westgate one here?
