went in to superdrug on southgate street to get two bottles of hairspray,went to the till to pay and asked for their beauty and health card to get my discount off my products as two for £9 on the shelf,girl asked me to put details in and I did so and then she took the packaging off the beauty card and chucked it on till and I payed and pushed my products receipt and beauty card and just said thanks? retail work definitely needs work as it seemed she didn?t want to be there?????

rudest woman ever with the worst attitude i've ever come across. i go to the cashier to pay, and as soon as i go there with a polite smile and "hello"(shouldn't of even bothered should've just looked smug and annoyed like her) she said to wait in line rudely cause she's waiting for something on the till to clear. like okay, fair enough. but say it nicer. there's a way of saying things, especially if you work in customer service, you should know better.
and another thing, when i was about to move, she said, "also that girl was waiting infront of you and you just cut" if she actually knew her facts, the girl that was apparently "waiting infront" let me go infront since she moved aside. and when i was on the way to wait behind her, the woman apologised (hopefully apologising for the rude attitude the person on the till had) i'm glad i didn't hesitate to say she let me cut infront and moved aside. but as per usual, the rude woman at the till didn't even say anything after that and ignored it. if i see her again im reporting it. just a tip, don't give attitude for no reason.

They closed at least four minutes before and I was in a lot of pain and just needed deep heat pads for my back. Very unprofessional. Sales people were desperate to go home, I suppose.

My husband was taken ill during our trip to Bath so we visited the pharmacy for advice. Harpreet the pharmacist was amazing - so friendly and kind, he really looked after my husband, advising on the best treatment and letting us wait for a while until he felt better.
