I got there at 7pm, It's meant to be open until 9pm and I was told I won't be served because they're closing early. If it was a one off I wouldn't have complained but this isn't the 1st time this has happened to me where I enter and I'm told by an employee that they're done for the day despite it being nowhere near closing hours.

I came bath for visit and i tried subway here but my decision was right . Food was too good and tasty, place was hygiene and tinashe was very polite and served well .

Service today was excellent, while there was a queue, the lad on shift was polite and explained the menu to me and gave recommendations.

The food was cold, very dry and without sauce. We ordered some nachos and they were cold. The sandwiches were dry and the chicken tasted weird. Over £8 for a sandwich, we won't be back.

I did click and collect at Southgate subway, I couldn?t get in the place cause the manager or someone was out? Not really an excuse of closing when the opening times said it was open. The food was terrible, bread off the sub was still frozen and crumbling. This is the second time the doors been locked when it specificity says it?s open. This subway needs Jesus. This place needs shutting down. I only went here cause it?s convenient near the bus station than it is walking to westgate buildings. Wish I could give a review with no stars, that?s how awful this place is/runs.

Ordered on deliveroo, none of the 3 subs were toasted, none of the meal cookies and crisps arrived. Phoned the store and they straight up lied about "definitely toasting the sandwiches" and also said the definitely put everything in the bag. I think I know the difference between bread and toast especially when they hadn't even put the cheese In either.

Although it is a franchise of a well-known sandwich brand, I was surprised by the excellent quality, flavor and abundance of ingredients compared to other establishments in other nearby countries. It is certainly worth repeating there.

I ordered 12 cookies in a box as there was 1 box left on the cookie counter but they refused to give me a box because ?there wouldn?t be enough for other customers?. As a customer myself I would be ok going without if there wasn?t a box on show like there's available cookies to buy. Absolutely shocking. Terrible service!
The only good thing I experienced was the air conditioning.

The interior was a bit small, but there were always people there, so it didn't feel organized. The taste was just as good as regular Subway, and it was a bit disappointing that the vegetables weren't filled until they were almost gone, so it felt like they were scraping it in at the end. Still, it wasn't bad for a decent rest while waiting for the bus.

I went in and waited like 15 minutes to buy a cookie, the two people serving were just rude, she was handling meat and other things and then she picked my cookies up a shoved them into the bag breaking some of them. I?ve had to throw them in the bin they were actually vile, I don?t know what was wrong with them but I couldn?t even eat one.
