Very bad experience un professional way of handling costumer
I brought a pair shoe on 12 th of feb but the next I realised they give me a damaged one went back got replaced the same day unfortunately the one they replaced also was also not working for me , one of the shoe was making a cracke sound while am walking, I spoke to the lady assistant manger unfortunately instead of listening to my concerns she give me a lecture that?s des not even make any sense like this is the first time iam wearing a shoe the main part she didn?t even bother to check the shoe
I felt it?s very unprofessional way of handling things not focusing any of the Costommer satisfaction , any way I lost the money and iam not going back to the same shop again

Rude manager who refused to process a refund - will avoid sports direct in the future as evidently they do not refund store purchases as policy. Before speaking to me I heard the manager sarcastically mutter ?time to put on my nice face?, she obviously didn?t want to help at all, total lack of courtesy.

Do not buy from this shop if you are a tourist. They don?t accept returns! Very expensive as well.

I always deal with your store. There was a very rude employee. I was shopping and he looked at me as if I was hiding something. He wasshort and looked like a fox.Terrible I will never return to this store??????

Awful costumer service. My mom went to buy a football jersey and could not reach it. A very rude employee pointed her to the stick available for her to bring it down rather than actually assist her. There were no other customers at all and he was just standing there. Absolutely awful never coming back.

Extremely terrible customer service. No empathy or support for customers. When concerns were raised to management, she rudely interrupted and tried to act like as customers we were at fault. Avoid if you can manage it. Ive not experienced this terrible of customer service in my 7.5 years of living in the UK and clearly it starts from the top down. Wouldnt have even given 1 star?

Ridicolous. I buyed 2 football t-shirts and i wanted to play a 16 age game and the worker said me that i'm not 16. Ok, all right, but after i wanted to do another question. She said me "NO, GO OUT" and we was banned from that shop. I will never come here.
