Awful costumer service. My mom went to buy a football jersey and could not reach it. A very rude employee pointed her to the stick available for her to bring it down rather than actually assist her. There were no other customers at all and he was just standing there. Absolutely awful never coming back.

Extremely terrible customer service. No empathy or support for customers. When concerns were raised to management, she rudely interrupted and tried to act like as customers we were at fault. Avoid if you can manage it. Ive not experienced this terrible of customer service in my 7.5 years of living in the UK and clearly it starts from the top down. Wouldnt have even given 1 star?

Ridicolous. I buyed 2 football t-shirts and i wanted to play a 16 age game and the worker said me that i'm not 16. Ok, all right, but after i wanted to do another question. She said me "NO, GO OUT" and we was banned from that shop. I will never come here.

I personally like this shop because of their variety and customer service. If you need anything regards clothings and shoes just visit them. Quality and good customer relations is their priority.

Incredibly unhelpful staff, just simple ask the girl right at the shopping corner, how to choose delivering things to the designated store, she just insists she have no idea how things work via online. More training should be provided including basic manner. Very rude indeed.

They look at you like you're a thief the moment you enter the store.this is so humiliating and disturbing....if you want to feel bad go to this store..my husband bought me boots as a gift and cost about 200 pounds,but I didn't like the shoe and it didn't fit me..A few days later, I went and explained the situation and wanted to return it;They said we can't take refunds, we can give gift cards.I here just for holiday and I'm going back to Turkey, even though I said I will not be here again, they were not helpful at all, they were quite rude.I never recommend this place to anyone they are just money oriented

The manager kicked us out for nothing the rest of staff were fine but she was extremely rude and accused me and my friend of being sarcastic, we hadn?t done anything and we were looking to buy trying on products and we kicked out this happened on Sunday 3 rd July at 2:45 the worker at the front was awful and I will not be busting again due to our poor treatment even as we were serious customers

Awful shop! Manager is unkind and fake, I don?t like her energy at all. If you change your mind in just one day and return what you bought they don?t give you YOUR money back, they say to give u a boucher or exchange for something I don?t need. I live in Spain and where I live there is not sport direct shops not sure of in Barcelona there is one. But it is so inconvenient for me. I can see they don?t mind to lose clients as far as I am concerned.

Absolutely shocking the manager treated us disgustingly all the other staff are fine we were just testing out some products and trying on a few things and she decided to say that we were being sarcastic and tried to remove us from the shop we challenged her but she still decided to remove us But the funny part is she couldn?t actually Couldn?t actually think of a reason to remove us just because of the way we look absolutely Disgusting regarding the fact we were real customers And willing to to buy the products there I recommend nobody ever shops they?re being as the customer service and staff are disgusting and I personally won?t be shopping there ever again because I cannot be bothered to deal with the disgusting behaviour of the staff
