Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help find what you need. The branch is tidy and well-stocked, with a wide range of tools, fittings, and electrical supplies. Parking is convenient too, making it an easy stop when you're in the middle of a project. Great service every time I?ve visited.

We went for what we thought was a simple task to buy some LED replacement bulbs. Chris, a deputy manager, was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to find what we needed. Fantastic customer service.

Absolutely exemplary customer service. We spoke to Chris (Duty Manager) whilst struggling to buy replacement bulbs of differing types for my Mum. He was so kind, patient and incredibly helpful. This is a clear example of why good old fashioned face to face communication is still so valued. We went back to buy more and will no doubt be back again.

I have used this branch for the past few weeks, as I am having some work carried out at home. I been in obtaining products, and sometimes I have had to return items, when the builder has encountered issues - team have been superb, accepting items without any fuss, and being so helpful when ordering items. I have had dealings with Elliott, Jasper, Nick, Jamie, Martyn - and can say that their customer service has been outstanding, and everyone has been very friendly.
