I came here a few weeks ago now and I was served by a few people there but eventually was getting help by one guy who really stood out for me, his name was James and he was incredibly helpful! I was very indecisive and I wanted to try a lot of different shoes on and not once did he show any sign of impatience. He helped me through it all. Very friendly, patient and helpful. Credit to Schuh store!

Bought a faulty pair of boots for over 100 pounds that were already breaking after a week of wear, when I attempted to return my shoes with the receipt the manager refused my return and blamed me for stepping in water, despite the fact that I had not done so and I also had the shoes waterproofed at their store.

Nice shop with a decent selection of shoes & trainers. However, some of the people working in there like to apply random student discounts (without informing you) to non-students and lie to you that shoe protection spray & carrier bags are free of charge which is untrue - the student discount would cover it, however. Problem is, when you change your mind and return your shoes, they get funny about the promises they've made. Basically a bunch of scammers - there's 1 chap who does it - I'll let management try figure him out. Thankfully I got my full refund, but one can only imagine how many customers have been scammed. Ensure you check your receipts properly.

My girlfriend picked up some nice Pumas on a good deal yesterday. I think this is the only Schuh I've been in in the entire country where the staff don't immediately hassle you which was a relief for once. Not so good however when you actually want to buy a product. The staff were overall very nice and friendly though, once you can get their attention.

I visited the Bath store today with my daughters and was very well looked after by assistant 125 Molly. Molly was very polite and extremely helpful and couldn?t do any more for us.I bought two pairs of shoes and will visit again.Thank you.

Staff were standing in the middle huddled up gossiping like it was a bad 90s high school movie. I get we all need to let off steam but it's every time I go, I don't see why they need so many staff just for shoes and I can see it makes other customers uncomfortable and leave.It's a shame, this is my favourite shoe shop but I've given it multiple chances and I don't think I can keep going back. It's just such an unhealthy environment.
