I can?t rave enough about this food!
Sandwiches are insanely good here, and the hand cut chips are glorious for every bite. Fantastic brunch/breakfast options for every appetite level.
Service is efficient, friendly and full of great vibes.
Bath is my favourite place to be, and SSBD is my favourite cafe by far!

Amazing, high quality, homemade food. You wouldn't think a sandwich could be amazing, but this one was! The wait staff were so friendly. I've been here before and I'll definitely be back.

I used to visit all of the time when I lived in Bath but it has definitely taken a nose dive in the last few years.
The menu is very limited and the food whilst well cooked had bits missing (toast without butter).
Hopefully I just visited on a bad day.

They have good variety of egg based breakfast. We enjoyed their meals. Also, they have a welcoming team.

Pretty good cafe. Staff were all very pleasant, friendly, and efficient. Food was pretty good.
It's a small place but it didn't feel cramped. Reasonably priced and well worth a visit.

Really nice brunch spot, great value. Some really nice sandwich combinations. Full English with a coffee or tea for 15 pound. Portion size was maybe a little small but excellent flavour.
Lots of local art on the walls, makes a very nice atmosphere. Some of the tables are a bit close to the coffee bar so they can be a bit noisy, so if you can opt for a table outside in the sun or by the window.
