went to Sainsbury?s to buy a yummy apple and raspberry donut, came home to eat it?it was Custard! Not only was this extremely disappointing but a massive violation of health and safety. The two donuts I purchased (both custard) were in the basket with the other Apple and raspberry donuts, and the sign said apple and raspberry?not custard! Very sad.

The women in the shop behind the counter is absolutely rude went to give her my lottery ticket and snatched it out my hand with out saying hi. I told her she was rude and said I was rude highly recommend to stay away from this shop

Went in at 13:45 to collect on a lottery ticket. Waited patiently whilst the team member finished her conversation with another colleague, no queue, no acknowledgement of my existence. Took my ticket, huffed and then threw it in the side, huffed some more and complained it was wet?it has just come from wallet. Then proceeded to huff some more and then Slammed the draw shut. Went to Tesco over the road, much better.

Popped in for a few things for dinner with my family while visiting Bath. Very unpleasant atmosphere. We left and went to shop across the road.
