Fantastic service from Ryman's in Bath. They're open 7 days/week and are very responsive to emails. Julie is especially helpful with all of my copy and printing needs. As a tour director who works all over the world, Ryman's in Bath has the best customer service I have come across world wide! I'll use them every time.

I always have to wait over 20 minutes to be served here for printing services here. A 5-minute errand always ends up taking much necessarily longer. Out of the three regular staff, I?ve only had a positive experience with one of them. Every other time I?ve been met with unfriendly customer service. The staff even rolled their eyes with each other after I asked them a question one time.

I?m sorry but the customer service here is awful. Also i?d highly recommend not using the DHL service here if you can. When you use Royal mail, if you get a prepaid postage label printed, they stick it on without fuss & deliver your parcel for you- no problems. Here, once you get your black & white label printed on half a sheet of A4- you get a £3.50 charge, despite there being no signage indicating any printing charge. Thank god my stop here was a one off visit.

I just popped in to Ryman bath instead of WHS Smith. I needed packaging for a birthday gift. Julie the store manager was so helpful at helping me find the right size , she went above and beyond, was smiley and approachful. I had to send the package asap she lent me her pen to address the package, told me about Ryman?s award card, let me use my student discount and was just fabulous all round. A true asset to the bath store I won?t even consider WHS SMITH again. Thanks Julie and Team

Julie and her assistant were brilliant in sorting out the refill for my Parker pen. Not a normal refill which Rymans don?t stick but we?re still kind enough to find out the correct refill and where I might get it. Saved me a lot of hassle.Well done team.
