This is a great store with varied quality stock and frequent sales. But more than that Lewis and Tom are two super sound guys and went out of their way to give me advice despite the store being busy. I got excellent service from these guys, when I came back the next day for help fixing my board, they were just as cheery and helpful as the day before. I'lll 100% be coming back. ?

I recently bought a skateboard for my son on the 21st June from Millie & Lewis at Route One in Bath. Their service, advice and support in purchasing the skateboard was brilliant. Amazing staff! Ex skater here, had a nice chat with somebody about some older shoe and clothes brands. Super friendly.
He sorted my wife out with a nice pair of dunks that she missed out on with one of the website raffles but they happened to have in store.
Tom (I think?) on the till was brilliant too, again, super friendly and far nicer to deal with than the London store.

unfortunately i dont recomend route one Bath as my nephew went in there, two members who work there didnt even ask him for help then accused him of taking a item without paying, people who work there have it to easy anyway working.

We had the worst experience. I was going to buy two promotional items, we was in the store for 40 minutes and no one came to help us. once arriving at the cashier the staff member said one item wasn?t part of the promotion even though there was a tag on them stating two for £70. I was told that it was their fault but they didn?t honour their mistake and sell me the items. Very disappointed.
