I've been using Rohan products since the company was founded, so having a shop in Bath is perfect for me.It's a tiny shop that is tucked away but they fill it with stock. Incidentally the staff are outstanding, very knowledgeable and helpful.

It was in this store that I first discovered the Rohan brand. How surprised I was that size XL fits me perfectly! Recently, in many brands you need to take XXL or even XXXL. I really liked the style and quality of the clothes.

Brought a Guardian waterproof jacket 5 years ago for walking outdoors. Cost £295 expensive for me but thought would be worth the money. Have worn it on walking holidays an been pleased with it. Did wear it much last 18months due to covid an not going on walking holidays. Went recently away walking an had pretty heavy rain Jacket leaked an spent 2 days soaked due to this. At first the Bath store just said to wash an re waterproof it. I asked them to look at jacket as I was sure this was not going to solve issue. They reluctantly agreed, had a call today from Rohan to say my jacket was worn out an no longer fit for washing or re waterproofing.,They offered my 15% off new jacket...I feel this is really poor as at £295 would expect it to last a lot longer..poor service an would not buy again .

Today was my second trip to Rohan, as a string of upcoming outdoor adventures needed a few additions to my wardrobe. The clothing offered at Rohan is superb - although perhaps on the pricier side, it is 100% reflected in it's quality and after trying on the clothing at home I am utterly glad I made another visit.Today was no different, as I left with two shirts and a pair of shorts which can be described in no better way than the pinnacle of comfort and durability. All very breathable, fantastic for this sort of weather, and still stylish to boot.However what really makes Rohan Bath shine is their staff. Emma has helped me on both occasions - my previous visit was to gear up for a Snowdon trip, which I went into completely blind. Emma made me feel confident in the clothing choices I could make and made sure I was as equipped as possible for that trip. Her expertise and knowledge is jaw-dropping - and although both trips I have made have been for relatively simple expeditions, if I was going up Everest next weekend I'd put my trust in Emma to make sure I'd make it out on the other side.It is a genuine delight to see someone so knowledgeable, passionate, and amicable in the store.The store is also taking on the appropriate measures during COVID to mitigate risk as much as possible, something I am so incredibly glad to see in Bath as an at-risk person. Too many stores seem to not even care, and it was refreshing to see Rohan taking the appropriate steps as best as they were able to.Whenever I'm in the market for outdoor clothing, it'll always be Rohan.

Absolutely abysmal customer service by very rude staff. Emma D should be ashamed of herself and a disgrace to the Rohan brand which in general, is good.
