Having gone in there a couple of days ago to spend a lot of money for my birthday treat. Found the staff rude and obnoxious. Too busy with other things
Not only to myself but to other shoppers. Sadly.
Have had better experiences elsewhere would not go back again?!!!!!

I bought two suede jackets from this store, all the staff were incredibly helpful, one of the jackets I bought was on line, ordering this was easy with next day delivery, and great service, delivered as promised to store next day for me to pick up - great customer service, all the staff are fantastic, Renz, was terrific and his advise and help was exemplary, a great ambassador for Reiss - I will definitely buy again, the clothes are top quality, and good value for money - thanks Reiss definitely 5 star!

I had a lovely experience shopping here. I was served by Sophie who was warm and personable, as well as being very helpful and supportive whilst I was trying to find a dress for a wedding. The clothes are beautiful and I came away with two new dresses, both of which I can't wait to wear.

Have to say how lovely the staff were, extremely helpful and attentive. I was looking for an outfit for a Christmas do, finding something to fit has not been easy but the staff at Reiss in Bath were brilliant. Claire sorted me out with an outfit, didn?t have my size in store, so she ordered it and it arrived the following day, it fits perfectly. Looking forward to wearing it on Saturday night. The customer service from Charlie at Reiss Bath is fantastic, she went above and beyond to help me find an outfit for an event. She accept the challenge of kitting me out from head to toe and making me feel wonderful. She has a great sense of humour to.

5 star for one reason. Customer service. All three members bubbling over with chat and full of very useful advice as well as offering their oppinion on suits I tried on ... Helpfull when your alone and a procrastinator

Reiss has beautiful but expensive clothes. The store workers are very nice and knowledge about the clothing line. It's a great window shopping place!

I like this shop, its clean and airy and nicely presented, whilst there isnt alot of stock in here what they do have is original and fashionable, its also not stuff you will see on everyone else. Its quite expensive but i think its well worth it.
