I'm so impressed with the service I received from Regency. My cherished white skirt had a stubborn stain which I have been drying to remove myself for the last 6 months. I dropped it off at 3pm knowing there was no guarantee as it really was an awful stain but to my delight was able to collect the skirt the following day at 12 noon and the stain was gone!! So reasonably priced, so efficient and it's safe to say I will be using Regency going forward - as a young person I never considered dry cleaning but wow I am over the moon.

I would just like to say during this mad time regency laundry went above and beyond, needed dry cleaning in a hurry, they completed the job in super quick time and a shout out to Shelly who opened the shop for me after it was closed to enable me to collect it, beautifully cleaned and pack, highly recommend.

Horrible survice! Been there twice, first time they lost my jacket! Second time my trousers came out brown by some kind of bleach! Really angry to say the least.

I took in some bed linen to be washed and ironed and the member of staff said he didn't have the prices. I stupidly let them wash them and a week later was shocked to be charged £52.55 for sets of 2 beds linen. The pillow cases were £2.35 each to wash.......it would be cheaper to buy new.I will never use this place again as hugely overpriced and unhelpful.

Terrible, totally ruined my expensive dress and didn't even get the dirt out. Dress previously beautifully cleaned by cleaners in lansdown - go there instead. Regency said wasn't their fault and they would help me with complaining to the dress company, but didn't, apparently they were helping a few other people who had also had dresses ruined by them. Not surprised, avoid.
