“Well actually i'd put the review between 3 and 4, but hey I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. OK so checking in my card was authorised by twice what it should have been due to human error (or actually what it finally did become). (ROOM 304). Was told before this happened we were being moved to a complimentary superior room which was good. I made sure i didn't spend anything extra (drinks or meals) as a consequence of the earlier mistake. On arrival to the room discovered the TV didn't work and when it was fixed it still had an intermittent problem. On the positive Erin tried desperately to make us happy (bless her). Breakfast was good but some of the rooms were incredibly over populated which felt a tad claustrophobic. Would I return? I think so...”
