Amazing service from Ella behind the till, made a lovely coffee and was kind to let us stay in the shop to enjoy our drink despite ordering 5 minutes before closing time. Thank you Ella ??

At first I was intrigued by this cafe, it looked cute and aesthetic so I went to grab a bite. It is close to the Bath train terminal, which is very convenient. However, I was a bit disappointed. When I went, the fridges were almost empty so there wasn't a large variety (restocked some items as I was leaving). What I tried was nice, but nothing outstanding. The ladies at the cashier were friendly, but some tables were a little dirty. Also, I was shocked by the bathroom unavailability. I believe it is unacceptable to not have a single functioning bathroom in any shop, whatsoever a crowdy cafe! I was even more shocked when I found out they hadn't been fixed in weeks! Ridiculous. I hope they sort it out.

The best coffee shop and customer service. I go to the shop every morning for a take out coffee. Billal is so friendly and helpful always with a great smile on his face. He always makes me feel welcome. I?m very happy customer. Thank you Billal and the team.

Ago, olives & tom baguette is outstanding! Fresh avocado, olive tapenade, roasted tomatoes, pine nuts, and rocket (arugula) on a soft (on the inside) and crunchy baguette really hits the spot. All the seltzers are delicious but my favourite is the zesty lime and raspberry, very refreshing. They offer many vegan and veggie options and loads of incredible desserts.

Satellite Pret in Bath that feeds off the main one in Southgate. The net result of this is that their stock availability is poor, it?s frequently closed and a bit useless.
There?s rarely anywhere to sit, but at least the staff are friendly.

Terrible! Poor service, no seats, toilets unhygienic. Go to the Pret in Southgate, much nicer.

The Harissa Chicken rye roll was the tastiest sandwich I have had as take out. Proper bread, yummy flavours.
