We went to about 9 supermarkets in Bath, from Tesco, Sainsbury?s, Mark & ???
This was the only supermarket we found the Biscoff cinnamon biscuits! The staff were super rude!!

There was a big queue and the guy was repeatedly shouting at customers (including a kid who was on an exchange trip who was trying to pay with cash) and being generally unwelcoming and unpleasant.

Me and my partner do part of our food shop here every week. Yesterday we were accused of stealing for putting stuff in one of them £1 reusable bags they sell instead of using a basket. Never been an issue before and the way this one staff member went about it was ridiculous and humiliating. If we were stealing, we certainly wouldn?t be stupid enough to put £20 worth of food in our bag right in front of staff members. Very disappointed and upset. Will not be returning.
