Have never had any problems returning anything here and they also do a nice range of cards too if you ever need anything last minute.”

“The Post Office on campus is super convenient. I have always had excellent customer service, even when it is busy, which it often is. It is sometimes hard to catch them open when the undergraduates aren't around but it still much better than trying to use the other Post Offices in Bath.”
“I was told by the Post Office to exchange old stamps, for new ones with barcodes, at the Sorting Office. The Sorting Office don't do it there either but they did give me an envelope and form to fill. So you send the stamps off to be exchanged! J.W.”

I went in again this morning and asked the lovely lady behind the counter for her name because she is always so friendly and so helpful even with such unruly customers. “Finally Found it! The Moorfields Post office!!! For anyone who is coming through, as a sweet reminder, the post office is located right inside the convenience store. I thought I missed the post office, or the information shown on Google Maps are inaccurate and outdated, not until after circling the perimeters, and enter the groceries store, the staff from the store are very willing and friendly to provide post office services, I.e. sell stamps and help deliver overseas letters. Great to get here and got the mission accomplished ! Thank you so much!!”

“Staff always do their best and it's well organised, just not enough staff to meet demands.I've seen people be awful to the staff here and the team behind the counter always maintain professionalism above and beyond the limits of the abuse they receive. Bath is fortunate to have such facilities in a central location and a team that always try their best.”

I apologised to the people behind me and they were happy to wait.The guy serving me was super polite and explained the different posting options available.”
