I recently visited this post office and was impressed by the excellent service and efficiency of the staff. They were courteous, helpful, and ensured that my packages were processed quickly and accurately. The premises were clean and organized, making my experience even more pleasant. The new management is doing really good. I highly recommend this post office to anyone in need of postal services.

Purchased stamps and posted 1 small parcel for work. Asked for a receipt as these are needed.Was told I don't get one with stamps. I always get receipts.After much bashing on the key board I was told I couldn't have one.The chap serving was rude. Was not a good experience.

Rude people, not professional at all

After checking opening hours online (apparently verified three weeks ago), I struggled through the rain with parcels to post - only to find that the shop was shut! I wanted to avoid going during the day because I often have to queue for ages. Please make changes online, so others can avoid getting drenched. Thank you. NEXT DAY: I again lugged up bags of parcels in the rain, only to be told that this branch no longer has the means to send international parcels via Surface Mail! Instead, they would charge me at least double for my parcels (about £40 each). Is this a blatant money-grab on the part of the Post Office to recoup cash after having to pay so much in compensation to the employees they accused and jailed for theft? This was a local service I used regularly, so I am very disappointed. The young men behind the till were polite but unable to help.

Avoid for DPD. Paid for 8 parcels on Next Day Delivery and 6 days later nothing had been picked up as they hadn't ordered the DPD driver. No apologies, no offer of help. Just stared at me blankly.

I tried to call the store several times to get some information, but no one answered. When I finally went into the store, the staff were not overly friendly. The store could also use an air freshener. Otherwise, the store had an average selection of products.
