Opening times listed online are just nonsense.The Post Office counter is in a McColls that opens at 7am. The Post Office opens at 9am. Neither of these open at 6am so thanks for the wasted journey.Utterly useless.

awful staff. unhelpful and very ?computer says no? - just like little britain. it?s ridiculous. Wouldn?t take my parcel as it was too big apparently, despite being in the royal mail guidelines. i needlessly had to make a trip to another post office in central bath who gladly accepted my parcel and didn?t understand the problem?!avoid.

Simon, despite being on his own for the whole day, was courteous, patient and had the sense of humour you need when dealing with the range of queries and requests one receives in a newsagent/post office. Helped to have my package sorted for shipment to Serbia and had a smile on his face the whole time. Bravo Simon - keep it up!

Needed urgently to post something on this day and it is absolutely pouring rain. So decided to google a post office which would be close enough to drive to and have somewhere to park and WOULD BE OPEN AS IT SAYS IN ITS INFO - open on Saturday till 8 pm.Of course, I go into this hassle in this weather, arrive and it is bloody closed! Why are some post offices decide to have random opening times and never follow their schedule that is listed online.... what is the point of this... update your opening hours!

Post office is open until 5:30pm, not 8pm like it states online. I got there at 5:35 with an urgent parcel and they had cashed up.

The chap who "works" here is quite possibly the worst example of customer service I have ever experienced. His manner is truly shocking, he always seems quite happy if he has a way to catch you out. I am lost to understand why he is so nasty with customers.

Awful service! please get more staff who know what they are doing? There is one chap. S. there is who so rude and hasn't a clue what he's doing. Keeping vulnerable customers outside in the winter cold queuing for ages is wrong. Please get more staff on your P.O counters who are trained properly and know how to treat all customers with patience and respect.

They don't open till 9am on a Saturday, not 8.30 as it says online. They also don't take parcelforce drop and go parcels that are too big to fit through their hatch...but you don't find that out till you go there. They need a clear description of their services online so people don't waste their time.
