We've been ordering our takeaway from Peking Chef for over 4 years. Even after moving from The Moorlands to 20 minutes away, we still make the trip on Fridays for our Takeaway night. The Salt and Pepper Chicken and the Salt and Pepper King Prawns are of high quality. The Duck Fried rice with no veg is amazing, along with the curry sauce.

We absolutely used to love this Chinese but went tonight the chicken was absolutely disgusting.
It was so hard amd definitely not fresh I did not want my son eating this incase he got salmonella or food poisoning.
Will never go back.

Once upon a time, this was my favourite Chinese to order from but the last few times it really has been awful!!
Today we ordered before shop open, told delivery would be between 17.10 and 17.30. The update said enjoy your food but no food. We called the shop at 17.50 and all they said is food is with driver. Finally arrived at 18.10 so 40mins to an hour late.
Food was cold, pork balls were chewy, rice well the grains had gone hard and not to mention my cold chewy sweet n sour chicken. The food ended up in the bin. Hubby called to complain but they really do not give a damn as after all, they have had our money so what does customer service matter.
We will certainly not be returning and if you want something decent for your hard earned money, I suggest you give these a wide berth

Food quality food. Lacked flavour. Arrived 2 hours late, arrived cold. Overall very unsatisfactory.
