Extremely rude bloke working there on 5/12/24, pizza collected at 11:45. He has an accent, not British of course. When I went into the shop to collect my order, he took time to come to me then said ?How can I help??. I answered that I had come to collect my order. He then stared at me and asked again ?How can I help?? in a high and impatient tone and gestures. Initially I thought he?s deaf. I repeated that I had come to collect my order. Then he shouted ?Do you have a name or phone number or?? as if I don?t know any English. WTH! Normally when I collect the order at various shops, I may be asked my order number or name or whatever. He needed to ask me what he wanted to know. He didn?t need to be rude to me with his tone of voice and body language. I will never order pizza from them again. Nobody doesn?t deserve to be treated like this!!

I?ll not use again. Order from dominoes. Pjs Delivery using uber is completely non-functional. Can?t even be bothered to complain as they must know. Any business owner who cares about staying in business would?ve sorted this however this place will go under pretty soon. Lesson learned!

Quick update We contacted customer service and unfortunately nothing has changed, we haven't received our refund and it doesn't look like we will.Terrible customer service, waiting 2 hours for delivery and nothing. We contacted directly the restaurant where we ordered the pizza and Mr. Peter said that he send the pizza and is not his problem that did not arrive, and we can only contacted customer service.The customer service lines were closed, we asked Peter (I doubt that's his real name) for a refund and he refused to refund me, thief.Stay away from this restaurant if you don't want to be robbed of your money, company policy, you have to pay for the food you order, no matter if their driver didn't deliver the food.I will let you know later if customer service contacted us and refunded the money.Note to Customer Service: Order number for reference 73026120

Great pizza - pepperoni for moi - cooked quickly. Hot and tasty. Friendly and happy staff, it seems, and all the more surprising as they're open until 3am! Thanks guys and hope the night goes quickly for you.
