Getting your money back from this company is an absolute nightmare. Prepare yourself for an endless, frustrating battle. Despite my relentless pursuit and submission of all required documents, they shamelessly insisted on demanding bizarre and unnecessary paperwork. It's obvious they have no intention of returning your hard-earned money.

Following a change of financial advisor I have been trying to withdraw my funds from Novia. They have been very slow to action my request. Firstly they fail to email.the withdrawal form. I phone them again and they email the form but they will not accept an electronic return. I complete and return the form by mail. No ommunication from them until I receive a second form requesting more details which had they checked my account in the first place they would have known that they required this information. Was this simply a delaying tactic? Once again they reject an electronic return. So yet again I have to return the withdrawal form by mail. Again I wait and hear nothing. Following another telephone call to Novia I am told they have now confirmed my bank details coincidentally the day I phone. They will now start the withdrawal process which may take 10days. Accessing your own money should not be such a long drawn out process. Terrible service.

Finally, a well priced Pension product for non UK Nationals. I have been using Novia with my clients for several years now, I have been more than happy with their service and cost efficient products.

No communication from them, ended up paying 33% tax through lack of advise. I had my pension transferred to them without my knowledge. Don't go near them..

Cannot access my pension account. Tried online and was unable advised me to call them, when I did I was told they couldn't help me and I had to do it online. My pension was transferred to this company without me knowing and now I don't know where my money is invested or what fees I am paying for their services. Really poor service and for that I shall now be moving my pension.

Poor returns on pension investment. And claims of not getting my form request for my complete money withdrawal. Second letter sent recorded. Then they took longer as then finally asked for forms of my ID proof. Instead of asking for this at the same time. Out of £ 31'000 ended up with £24'400. My account with them opened up at £37'000. Poor money investing on there part.
