Kelly has been our main point of contact at N.F.U. for several years and as well as being an excellent agent, has a very good understanding of our businesses. She is extremely reliable, always friendly, and can make what is sometimes a boring task to be interesting and fun.

I cannot remember how long I have insured with NFU Bath but it is certainly more than 40 years. I have always enjoyed excellent service at keen prices and most important of all being able to speak almost immediately to a jolly human being, especially Kelly. Unless your prices go through the roof I would not dream of going elsewhere. Top Marks NFU.
