This Nandos always seems to overcook the chicken whenever I visit or order food from here. The chicken always seems to be dry.
I would much rather walk along a little further into the city centre and eat at the Nandos at the Bath Vaults by the train station in Bath.
Still okay food but given the option I would recommend to go to the other Nandos in Bath for a safer bet for good standard food you?d expect to eat at Nandos.
Might just be my unlucky experience but has been very coincidental as this is from 3 different occasions, 1 in the restaurant and 2 takeaways.

I went there yesterday with my partner and our baby. We were sat at the end of the restaurant at a wobbly table and it was freezing cold. We asked the waitress if she could turn the gas heater on which was right above our heads and she did nothing. We had stay with our jackets on including our baby and it was still too cold. Never going there again.

When my partner and I came here the staff were so lovely and helpful, checking in on us and having a chat while our food was being prepared. Huge shout out to Caity who went above and beyond for us!

There are lots of places that sell chicken yet it is about the service was excellent

What a disappointing evening out. We were happy to wait 30 minutes for a table at Nandos Bath Kingsmead. After placing our order at 6:40, two thirds of our party received their food after 15min. At 7:10 the other third of our party had to go and enquire about where our food was. We sat opposite the cooked food holding area, and we could see our food lying under the heat lamps for 12 minutes drying out. Needless to say, the food was cold and dry. The rest of our party had finished eating by the time we received our food. And all of our party complained that the food was cold and dry. The manager was not approachable, and came across as very inexperienced. Customers walking in after us were told the wait is 1 hour, although many tables were open, but not cleaned. All in all a most disappointing evening out and glaringly a sad slide of Nandos standards. We will not be visiting this store again.

It?s Nando?s! Thank god. Wanting some since I arrived in UK and didn?t ever have a real chance to get to it. Been to A Nandos of course, but this one in particular was my first in Bath. It was very clean, great service and helpful personnel. The atmosphere was good and music was to a good level considering it was quiet in there at around 15:00. Keep up the good work!

Wings were dry and some were burnt so partner complained and to be fair they cooked him a few more. Service friendly and swift.

Please make correction. It said Halal on google search & after coming here walking 10 minutes with family & baby we were told it is not a halal one. Sad
