Definitely the better Nandos out of the two in Bath. Will only eat at this Nandos in Bath, as the other one in Kingsmead always seems to overcook the chicken. Good food here, friendly service - only let down slightly by the venue itself in the vaults as sometimes is leaking and therefore can smell damp slightly. Not enough to put me off still going and getting food.

Went as a group for my friends birthday, and was a very quiet afternoon. Service was very slow, our waitress was not very enthusiastic at all. We ordered loaded fries which we were highly looking forward to, and had to chase up on them being delivered. However the fries were cold as they had obviously been waiting on the side for so long. All the other food was also cold, lukewarm at best. The manager had come to ask how our food was, even though it had been on the side for so long. Overall an expensive meal for not so good quality.

I have tried for my first Nando?s food on Monday, for sure very good option. I love it .
And I have Sagres beer which was a nice remember for me.

We are a regular customers of Nandos and we have been to many Nandos across the UK, but this Nandos in Bath near the train station is the worst one. The food arrived so late and cold and the wrap was not even wrapped properly. In fact the restaurant was not even busy at that time. Worst service.

This place was very busy, it's near Christmas and the market was buzzing, very nice staff kept us informed of how long it might take to get a seat. The food was great and the beer was good, the only downside was we were sat next to a young couple that had a young child that was teething, not the restaurants fault, but it did take away from the great evening.

Got there just before closing time (hate to be that guy). Staff were more than willing to accommodate. Had the liver and it was some of the best I've ever had. Fantastic service and food.

Would've been a nice meal. Was here Friday night. 3 fire alarms . Our order was thrn forgotten about. 20 mins we waited and had to ask then they admitted was lost after fire alarm. We hadn't got our drinks in that 20 mins either. Food came seperately despite ordering 10 seconds apart. Mine came 30 mins (my mates 22 mins) after ordering but was satisfactory.
I ordered second drink at pos to avoid waiting. They had none left. Said will bring it. They forgot. Has to ask again for it. What should've been a 30 mine dine in took an hour. Probably won't come again
