Been at least 10 times or more to the cafe.. 1st time the food was absolutely great and the rest of the 9 visited has been very very disappointed there is no hot food being serve doesn't matter what time of the day I'm there.. they might has well just CLOSED IT !

Terrible, went here to the London Road Bath store several months ago and was stopped for shoplifting. Made a complaint in store and via customer care and to this day have still not received any response.
It was established I had not shoplifted, but nothing was done to repair the huge embarrassment and harassment I suffered from the security guard.
Be aware of the shortish security guard if he is still employed there - power hungry, rude, demanding and slanderous.
Morrisons have done zero to rectify, I actually walk an extra 15 minutes and spend extra at Waitrose to avoid this place now. Happy and peaceful at least.

The food,could not fault it,the bread for our toast was delicious but your hygiene standards really do need a look at.We eat out for breakfast quite a lot as we are retired but this today has to be the grubbiest display we have seen anywhere.It just needs a lovely soapy cloth over the surfaces to make the world of difference.While we sat there not one table had a wipe over when people left,this is done everywhere we go.?

I have been in three time over the last two weeks, and the one product I want is never there. If you ring their local number , you get store opening hours, or ring a central number. I want to talk to a member of staff there to save another wasted journey...rubbish service

I use Morrisons as well as Sainsbury's every week. I get Warburtons thickest bread, and Morrisons is the only supermarket that does it. The fish and meat counters are excellent, and they have a bonus point reward system, which is an excellent way to collect monthly points to spend. Reasonable value for money.
