I applied to open a business account, they sent me an e-mail that they could not send without any reason, they are nothing but a waste of time, you cannot do business with rookie children.

Time wasters!I called Metro Bank to discuss opening an account for a sports club. I explained our business, and they asked me to attend in person, with one of the other two executive members of our committee.We gathered up the documents we had been asked to take, and made the round trip of eighty miles through difficult driving conditions. Eventually, a member of Metro Bank staff called us to her desk, but didn't introduce herself. After about 20 minutes she went to consult her managers. Fifteen minutes later she announced that Metro Bank "could not take the risk" and would not open an account for us. Dismissed. No further explanations.(The club was formed in 1909. It is registered with Companies House, and with HMRC as a Community Amateur Sports Club. It is regulated by our sport's national governing body, and others. We have a healthy, positive bank balance.)

I really like this bank I like that it has late opening hours and open 7 days a week.There is no appointments for opening a account you just walk in and they get you set up straight away.They print your card and check books in store whilst you wait so no waiting for it to come in the post you have a working card as you leave.There is a coin machine that counts your coins and pays in to your account (free) the only thing is it really doesn't like 50p Coins and keeps rejecting them so you would need to be patient and keep putting them back threw until they all get accepted.The staff are friendly and helpful.This is a dog friendly bank with water and dog treats available.There is a customer toilet available to wich I have never know in any other bank company.I really like the design inside the bank and has a American feel to it.

Today I came into the bank as I had locked myself out of my online banking. I was served by Miguel and he was absolutely incredible, even though it was a proper struggle getting me back into my account.

We have been using Metro Bank in Bath now for some time, i just wanted people to realise what a Total Breath of freshness they are, open 7 days a week and long opening times, every time i have an enquiry they amaze me every time i ask a question they respond so positively and their policies are way so different to the likes of Barclays - Lloyds & the like! Truly incredible staff and Bank policies are so different to the normal uk Banks!

Would not recommend this bank they are useless they Steal your money from you as soon as I can I?m going to go to a different bank and open a new account wish I never opened an account with metro bank plus customer service team are very rude to you when you talk to them over the phone I would stay clear from this bank
