One of the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been too. The place was disgusting, we asked for our table to be cleaned and nobody came they said they were aware. I found spray and cloth left out on a table (in reach of children) so ended up cleaning the tables. The bins were overflowing. No toilet roll in the ladies and a handryer not working. Staff not to be seen apart from when handing over the orders. I told a staff member a young man with ginger hair (didn't see name) the toilet roll needed replacing and got told they were aware and it will get done at some point. The fries were extremely salted and not very warm.

Whilst the food was the standard maccies quality, the service of the staff was poor, the cleanliness was awful, bins overflowing, none of the tables were cleaned, toilets had no toilet paper.
All these issues were reported to staff to just be told yeah we know in the most disinterested tone going

Stopped for drive through on my way home, ordered 2 x double cheeseburgers, both inedible, dry and squashed obviously been made and hot held for a long time.
2 x large fries, inedible, double cooked, cold, hard and way to salty.
Chicken tenders were ok and the milkshake, the rest was junk. £17.84 of junk
Never again!

Absolutely one of the worst McDonald's locations I have ever visited! A year ago I ordered a veggie burger and waited nearly an hour for the order to just give me a big mac, which I then had to send back and get a new veggie burger which I waited another half hour for. Not the first time either but, today I ordered a small banana milkshake, and about half the cup was filled with the grimace shake. Its always like this from this location, half filled with some other milkshake that I didn't order. Wouldn't be good if I had allergies that required the certain milkshake I ordered would it? Just abysmal quality and service. Don't recommend! Just head further into town if you want your actual order!

Absolutely awful, lost £10 worth of food as they forgot to put it in my order for delivery. When you call them nothing happens to resolve the issue. I don?t know if it?s due to poor management or lack of care but it?s not on. Many people I know have also had this complaint ? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MCDONALD!
